Ewis – enterpise information system

Description

  • Universal enterprise information system, which covers the entire process from price offers, orders, purchasing, production, store to shipping, complaints, etc. . It allows you to comfortably manage the entire life cycle of individual customer projects.
  • Specially focused also on the production of custom assortment ( custom manufacturing ), which can consist of a large number of pieces and small series of parametric or configurable products (HVAC elements, fans, AHU, mechanical products, plastic products, antennas, furniture, …)
  • Support of the size assortment usable e.g. in clothing and footwear companies
  • Robust client / server solution for organizationally and geographically divided organization of the company with connection to manufacturing equipments, CAD, CAM, barcodes and portable terminals in the store as well as during production
  • Integration with custom graphic solutions (2D / 3D)
  • With the possibility of use as a backend-IS subsystem in the application and integration of the parametric technological preparation of production into an external IS

Options

  • Fully configurable document numbering – prefixes, number series and such are created based on expressions and formulas.
  • Related documents system – a list of all generated related documents is available in each document form, e.g. to the customer’s order it can be a production order, reservations of products, semi-finished products or goods in stock, finished production, delivery note, invoice, etc.
  • Document statuses – documents are managed according to their statuses. When changing states, specifically configurable automatic actions, checks, sending notifications, etc. can be performed.
  • Component library – a component represents one type of product / goods that is fully configurable by parameters. The component and the products generated from it contain parameters, properties, prices, BOMs and various additional information. By entering the parameters, the relevant products are automatically created, which have a unique code, include prices, BOM, etc. . Individual products may contain other products or semi-finished products (submodels) dynamically created during BOM generation. The nested hierarchy is not limited. When creating products from components, it is possible to define scripts that run automatically before or after the product is created.
  • Product decoder – configurable decoder of customer specifications allows to automatically import ( convert to system codes and names ) and fill documents (Quotations, Orders) in the system
  • A catalog of materials, goods, products and services that can be dynamically organized in a tree hierarchy by category. At the same time, it is possible to create other groupings outside the main tree hierarchy. These groups allow very flexible behavior within the production process.
  • Materials, goods, products have a unique code. They can also contain external codes, etc. . When products are created by an automatic process from components, codes are generated based on various expressions and formulas. The coding system used allows bulk transcoding of products without affecting the integrity of the system.
  • Pricing – various price lists, discount schemes for individual customers and such can be defined in the system. When creating a product automatically, it is possible to use various models for calculating the cost and sales price, price tables, etc.
  • Import and export of documents from and to various formats – office documents
  • Direct connection to production technologies – CAM – Lantek, ProfileMaster, Autodesk CAMduct and others.
  • Link to BIM software – Autodesk Revit
